Membership Agreement

1. Parties

• MEMBER: A natural or legal person who creates an account on the Site

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the conditions under which the MEMBER may benefit from the services offered by becoming a member of the SITE, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership Conditions

• Having legal capacity; minors under 18 may become members with the consent of their legal representative
• Providing personal information that is accurate, complete, and up to date
• Not having been previously expelled from membership
• Approval of the membership application by the SITE

4. Member's Obligations

• Maintain the confidentiality of account information and password
• Update information when changes occur
• Comply with applicable legislation and the Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimer text
• Respect the rights of other members and third parties
• Do not use software/hardware that may harm the system's operation
• Do not transfer or allow third parties to use your account

5. Site's Obligations

• Maintain the service with reasonable care and technical capabilities
• Process and protect personal data in compliance with KVKK
• Safeguard the MEMBER's rights arising from consumer legislation
• Inform the MEMBER in case of substantial changes to the service

6. Pricing

Membership is free of charge. If a paid service is offered, the fee, scope, and duration will be clearly stated before purchase; no charges will be incurred without MEMBER approval.

7. Commercial Electronic Communication

Commercial electronic communication is sent to the MEMBER only within the scope of consent obtained in accordance with Law No. 6563. The MEMBER may withdraw their consent free of charge via the link included in each message or by notifying .

8. Termination of Membership

• The MEMBER may request to terminate their membership at any time
• The SITE may suspend or terminate a membership that violates the agreement
• Even if the membership is terminated, relevant records are retained in a limited manner for the periods prescribed by law
• Ongoing order and return processes are not affected by the termination of membership

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected under membership is processed in accordance with the KVKK Information Notice and Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments and Transfer

The SITE may unilaterally amend this agreement; the updated version will be published on this page. The MEMBER may not transfer the rights and obligations arising from the agreement without the SITE's written consent.

11. Dispute

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. In consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; in other cases, Courts are competent.

12. Enforcement

This agreement enters into force upon your approval of the membership form and remains valid indefinitely.
